I kinda wanna do 500 a day for a month but then let the weekends be my break day. A lot of people are doing either 100 or 1000 and nighter of those feel right for me, so, 500 it is!

Finally i got my dream body ;-; i was always fat when i was a kid untill everytime i watch tv i do sit ups :D no one bullies me anymore :)

I really appreciate you for Ur 100 sit-ups.. evening during your period and no rest day..
I actually started 10 mins abs workout for 35 days..and I do take rest day every 6th day and on my period and skip if I had any cramp or muscle sprain..

Good work! I cycle and exercise a lot but added sit ups, pull ups and push ups recently. The last three are tough but so worth it. Greetings from Ireland.

I can’t even do more than 5 sit-ups without my foot being pressed under something to aid me and you do 50 in one go so easily

Awesome video, ive been doing 100 pushups everyday for the past three days.Im aiming for a month I usually do 50 and rest for 20 minutes and do 50 more.

I can't do situps if my life depended on it! Do you have any tips on how to do situps? I struggle too much getting up from them.
