1. Rest for 2 days
2. Eat healthy
3. Do reps and sets not 100 reps with no breaks

As someone who does 90 situps almost everyday for 3 months, I didnt see any changes except having a stronger and more visible abs

2. 2-3 day rest
3. Healthy diet
4. Enough sleep

As someone who did 150 a day, the biggest changes are that sit-ups get way easier. It does build up your core strength but there are *way* more effective excercises you can do. If you want to focus on getting a full set of abs, you need to target each part.

I've done 60 sit-ups (sets of 15) for the last 9-10 months as part of my workout. It gives you a good core and abs, and sit-ups are really easy now

I’d say swap it out for leg raises or knee raises, sit-ups only target abs on the first half which is just a crunch, and it still is bad for your spine and hip flexors if you do it daily

0:35 guys doing too many situps can make your hip muscles tight causing your pelvis to tilt and bends your spine. This is called anterior pelvic tilt it looks ugly and causes a lot of lower back pain. Insted of situps you should do crunches, leg lifts or reverse crunches. And keep in mind excercise without increased weight each workout session doesn't help in building much muscle. It will make your abs stronger but you will need to burn a LOT of fat for a visible six pack. Good luck on your fitness journey!

I did 400 sit-ups yesterday and today I did 500! I felt a lot if active then usual

As someone who did 300 daily for months at the age of 13-14 it is a lot better to do sets or more effectively core strengthening workouts instead of doing over 100 reps of sit-ups personally the only improvement I saw were slight visible abs not much tone

I do it 100 push 100 squats 100 sit ups and 10 km run in every single day 🙂😂😂

Don’t forget to take breaks for at least 2 days of the week and eat Heathy just because your working out doesn’t mean you will lose weight like that’s if your doing this already then Great Job and keep up the Good work!!

Just for context for someone who has been doing this all i have is pain yes i have stronger muscle but i have great pain arround the abs so if you want to try this please dont do it every day take breaks

I wouldn't say that this is a good idea since situps can mess up your spine if you do them way too often.

I'm only 13 but this is my training:get up and eat 2 rice cakes, run 5km, then breakfast, the I do 150 situps, 30 pushups, exercise for legs and calves about 100, I do 40 back pushups, and I do triceps dips and some exercises without weight and its efficient, im on good diet without much sugar and it's working I have lost 5, 4kg in only 37 days, and you do not need dumbbells to gain muscles
