Nonsense. You can and should workout everyday, but not as same intensity as lifting weights. It can be one set of push up, chin up, long or short walk, clean house etc. Do something and yes, everyday.

It’s all about intensity and what muscles you targeted in the previous session, for example the pull push leg twice a week is actually one of the best plans I tried I have seen some nice and quick result from it .

This is terrible. Stop telling people not to work out - you can change the stimulus, easy cardio (walking) on one day, upper body strength training on another and lower body training in another day. Don’t do chest press every day as that will lead to injury, but working out once and taking three days off is BS, even if you are a beginner

They are lying. You know this if you work concrete. You also know this if you were a wrestler or football player. You dont have to work the same muscle every day and it doesn't have to be weight training every day.

You can workout everyday but you have to start small & build up overtime. I hate to use this example but people in jail workout everyday & get swole.

They are constantly stimulating the body and getting enough rest & food to recover & repeat. Its all about balance.

The body needs time to recover. A person can workout everyday and get gains; results have to do with technical strategy. In order to get gains through daily workouts, one must time the work appropriately, eat in a surplus, and sleep 6-8 hours. A recommended tactic is exercising once a day for 30 minutes - 1 hour; preferably after waking before you eat. Also, eat within 8 hours of waking to give the body optimal space to digest, absorb, process, and dispose of waste.

Lies you heal in your sleep 😴 as long as you get enough sleep, you can go for it again if you’re sore …. Then less intensity the next day.

It depends on the intensity and amount ’ in smaller amounts and intensity you can workout everyday’ but not with high intensity training’ you’ll burnout ‘ and need rest days’ I personally would rather workout everyday with lower intensity ‘ and amounts’ like ‘ between 10 and 15 mins
