Really makes these battles feel like the senseless waste of lives that they are. So many ships that had to be built. So many crew on each of them that had years if training, families, lives. Gone. For nothing. For a star system with no value that will be retaken, at great cost, next month.
Still pretty though. :)

Holy shit this rules. I wish they could've got the full beams in there but the bursts from focus fire that linger as big orange fireballs still look amazing and really give it the right atmosphere.
Also it's incredible to think how _small_ a battle this actually is. What is this, maybe a 1000 ships on each side? It'd be amazing to get a full fleet of like 30, 000 ships, but you'd really have to build a dedicated engine for that.

This is I've seen the LOGH ship mod before, but I didn't know if it worked with the latest Stellaris updates.

Bruh this is a stolen video, the original video is " Stellaris たぶんこれが一番、銀河英雄伝説に近いと思います【4K】" and it also has a spaceship mod on the description, and the original creator customize the mods on the workshop so he can't make it public even if he wants to

Which mod is used to make formations so vertical? Vanilla fleets are usually frustratingly horizontal...

Edit: actually I just probably need your whole modlist. Been away from stellaris for quite some time and didn't keep a track, but I don't remember any of my battles being so intense and explosive even when heavily modded
