Just to be clear, you are mixing metric and imperial units. You appear to be saying:
"body weight in pounds" x "0.8 gm" = "dietary protein in grams"
comment: less than 2% of the world continues to use imperial units, so this formula applies to mostly American audience.

150 grams is crazy high.

Not saying it's bad for you - should be some benefit to having such a high amount - However, I think I fair quite well on 80-100 grams.

I ate this much for four years and generally maintained my strength without any consistent resistance training regimen. Did do intermittent fasting & plenty of walking though.

edit: formula says 125 grams for me. Seems like a good upper limit. I would likely have trouble eating that much and doing an 18 hour fast.
