when the first pumpkin disk hits the plate I tought this guy is going to fuck it up again and put a shitload of pumpin disc onto the plat to cover the whole shit up. But no, this guy is toughtfull. Welldone.

curious that he said of the kumquat skins that there was no reason for them being there, and proceeded to explain the reasons for them being there (i.e., acidity and texture). the chef seemed shy here, lacking conviction.
