This person on the video has never had this procedure. That's for sure. As a chronic sufferer of chronic trigger points I can tell you get a sharpie and probe around where you feel your pain then mark it, it helps the doctor alot. Second have your doctor fan the shot so it gets covered well. Lastly these shots cab be very painful so ask them to spray cooling spray before they inject you. Hope this helps someone. I get trigger point shots often

Got triggered point injection for my ent prob just on 27/5. That injection sent me to e.r. But feels bit better on 29/5. Yesterday 30/5 played w my nephew, notice, back to square one. 😭
