Back by popular demand...I'm excited to bring you another standing Pilates workout. This one is a little quicker and great for when you are looking for a shorter workout. During this video, you will work your core, improve stability and balance, as well as strengthen your glutes, leg muscles and upper body.

This whole workout is all standing because...Sometimes you just need to pick yourself up off the floor ;)

This was a great introduction to pilates. I'm used to standing workout, and sometimes I get woozy when being low in the ground. So this was perfect! Thank you <3

Thank you for this workout. I have moderate arthritis, particularly in my right foot and hip, plantar fasciitis in my right foot as well, and I get chronic leg cramps and muscle cramps, and this workout worked really well for me. I haven’t worked out in ages because of these issues. This workout didn’t trigger any of those dastardly issues, so I’m grateful🙏🏽

I finished physical therapy for a torn meniscus a couple months ago, and am starting to look for new exercises to bulk up the daily routine I learned there. These standing workouts are perfect! I haven't followed them beginning-to-end, but pick out individual moves to incorporate with or increase the difficulty of PT exercises I know won't stress my knees!

Great little workout that I can incorporate into my WFH day. I'm recovering from a long term shoulder injury and have been wanting to get back into Pilates. This session is just right whilst I'm starting to build up strength in that shoulder again. Thank you

Perfect workout! I don't have my mat with me yet because I've moved so I was trying to find something that would be possible for me to do in this situation. I thought it will be quick and easy but it made me quite tired! Thank you

Oh, this was so nice. This looks like it would be a great way to end my day (even though I used it in the morning this time). That last stretch felt like a standing cat-cow.
