This doesnt encrypt the email. It simply prevents the recipient from doing certain things. People can still intercept the email

So, if you WANT people to be able to download the attachment, then what? I need to send clinical information so the other clinic can add the attachment to the patient's file on the other end. Having this expiry date without being able to download the attachment is really not helping lol ...they will have to open the email each time they want to view the clinical documentation given. :(

Confidential mode is not encryption
Encryption cannot be done from that browser dude
Use an Email client
create/generate pgp key pair (public/private) then you can send encrypted emails
There are cons of pgp like both sender and receiver need to have same pgp version to decrypt, shall have public key, and if passwords are forgotten it is impossible to recover the content - that is why it is true and unbreakable encryption.

Incorrect and misleading. Confidential mode isn't email encryption. I suggest you become knowledgeable on a topic before creating a video.
