This video is so misleading I felt obligated to comment like the rest. The person he sends this test email to is already setup to RECEIVE encrypted messages. You can't just send an encrypted message to any random person, the receiver ALSO needs to be setup to read/send encrypted messages, and have provided you their "public key".

Leaves out an EXTREMELY important step---there needs to be an exchange of certificates between the sender and receiver before this will work.

This requires so many dependencies on the server side it's insane. People, this IS NOT all you need to do to send encrypted email. You need a PKI infrastructure up and running, you need a digital ID setup and you need to exchange public key info with intended recipients.
