Very informative and quick! I have been sending this out to others to show them how so thank you!! P.S. In case nobody mentioned it, the mic is a little too close. Saying that because you can hear the saliva sounds as you talk. Nobody could hear this in daily life, but the mic amplifies it, and even more when the listener has headphones. Hope that was (somewhat) returning the favor, and thanks again!

I can't send from my Outlook to gmail. Outlook cannot encrypt the message because the recipient's certificate does not exist. What should I do?

Thank you for the easy steps you provided. QUESTION: After encrypting email and clicking send, an error message appears advising about a certificate needed in order to complete the process. What is this error message saying in laymen's terms???

I’m using outlook desktop but my email is through gmail. This does not give an option. Any ideas?

Mine doesn't do that. I get connect to rights management services. Then it tells me my machine isn't set up for IRM.
