Dog's Duty Prompts Pepper Spray To Owner's Face

A Long Island man is under arrest for allegedly attacking his neighbor with pepper spray or mace, possibly over the victim's dog urinating on the suspect's lawn. CBS2's Carolyn Gusoff reports.

Dog owners who do this kind of aggression are generally surprised when people get angry..but the guy should pepper spray the dog if it is in his yard, not the old man..the dog will not come back ..
