Meal number 1 contains: 3 rotis
1 medium bowl of potato curry
3 tablespoons of tamarind chutney.

Meal number 2 contains: 1 medium-sized quinoa bowl
Paneer Tikka
Mixed vegetable salad
And 1 small bowl of curd

This is so misleading dude
The first as shown in the video is not A MEDIUM SIZED BOWL its a small one
2nd one roti hais aprrox 60 to 70 calories
Which sums it up to around more or less than 210 calories and a bowl (the one shown) consists of arounf 120 or less calories
And tarmind chutney has calories app is barely around 40 to 45 calpries which sums up to ONLY 370 CALORIES!!!!
THIS IS SO DAMN MIS LEADIN AND IS PROMOTING EDS

Ok but you need carbs and fat for enough energy. Eating a 'balanced' meal can cause a eating disorder
