If you’re having this issue and after plugging the charger in and it still won’t work YOU HAVE TO USE A CHARGER THAT WILL CHARGE/SYNC I learned this through the comment section I literally just used my other charger (that syncs things to computers etc) and it worked instantly I almost took my co troller back
