How to Fix PS4 Controller that Won't PAIR to PS4 (Reset Blinking Controller)

None of these are fixing my issue. If I leave it for a few hours it'll act as if it never did anything but when it shuts off in the middle of game play none of this works for re-synicing it

I got no clue whats wrong with my controller
When i press the ps button nothing happens. When i plug it into the ps4 it just turns blue and it wont turn on (I have used different cables but nothing works). i have hold the little button on the back over 5 times and nothing works. I have it right now plugged in into the ps4 and its just glowing blue, not orange blinking like the charging and not even blinking blue, just glowing blue. I got no clue how to fix it. Please help
