Healthy No Bake Fudge Brownies
Idk about you guys but I NEED a lil sweet treat every day to keep me happy. But I hate the time it takes to make them and the premade ones from the supermarket are usually expensive and not even that good.So I’ve come up with these no bake healthy fudge brownies. You literally just need to mix everything together, press it into a tin and it basically sets straight away. Just need to give it 5 minutes in the fridge after the chocolate drizzle and that’s it!Save this easy recipe and send it to someone who needs a sweet treat
Ingredients: Makes 8
1 cup/100g oat flour
1/2 cup cashew butter (you can use any nut butter)
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp dark roasted cacao powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips + 2 tbsp for the top
1 tsp coconut oil/another neutral oil
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
Method:Mix the oat flour, cashew butter, maple syrup and cacao powder until well combined then mix through the chocolate chips
Press down into a small tin or rectangle container
Take it out and flip it so the smooth side is on the top then cut into 8 pieces
Melt the rest of the chocolate chips with the oil and drizzle on top then sprinkle with sea salt
Let the chocolate set for 5 minutes in the fridge
Enjoy!
