2-minute Healthy Brownies🤩 These brownies are super moist and yummy! Such a fun healthy dessert recipe😋 They are gluten-free & dairy-free!

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 egg
1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
if you don’t like your brownies super moist, add 1 tablespoon oat flour
optional: 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

1. Mash the banana
2. Add the egg and stir to combine
3. Add the cacao powder and baking powder and stir until combined
4. Pour into a container lined with parchment paper. (Add the chocolate chips on top if you like)
5. Microwave for about 2 - 2 1/2 minutes (800W)

i made these and they were extremely moist, a bit too much, so i think you should add some oat or almond flour. Also, only use 1 tbsp or less of cocoa powder, has a really overpowering (somewhat bitter) taste. Also depending on the size and container, you may need to cook for more. however it's actually good for a 5 minute dessert if you use these tips.

I just made these. Amazing. I loved the texture, and I do like the darker chocolate taste, so they were perfect. I'll make them again and let them cool off, I like these types of desserts cold. I'm a total sweet tooth, everything they have at stores is so high sugar and high fat, and this has none. Thank you. I'm so happy you showed up on my feed. You're so creative.

I tried this recipe it was too moist so what I did to make it fluffy and make it feel like a cake was. 1 banana, 1 egg, 1 tbsp of cacao powder, 3 tbsp of oat flour, 1 tsp of baking powder and I put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Hope this helps others

Really yummy and the banana flavor wasn’t obvious at all!
But 2min wasn’t enough the middle didn’t bake well so I added time and it turned out delicious

Good and healthy recipe! But I made these and they were exetremely moist and wet even though I added 3 tablespoon flour and microwaved it for 5 mins and it still wasn't cooked properly. This is a tip for the people who want to try it.Anyways, the taste was light and quite good.
