Thank you for this recipe!!! These are simply amazing. I microwaved my sweet potato because I’m lazy. It was a JUMBO potato, so I added a bit extra cocoa powder. I also used some sugar free “maple” syrup (Maple Grove Farms) I had sitting around from when a diabetic relative came for a visit. I was worried that would make these taste off, but it didn’t, at all. I will be making these *every week* because, I mean, I’m eating vegetables and nut butter! What could be better? By the way, I stored them in the fridge but warmed them up before eating. Super decadent.

I personally would add walnuts in the brownie and on top of the brownie.

I have only a small mixer and therefore I mixed only the sweet potatoes, then in a bowl I already have put all other ingredients and I simply add the mixed s.potatoes. Like this I have less work and less loss of mixture still sticking in the machine.

Made these today using fresh Butternut pumpkin instead of sweet potato . Rest of recipe followed as per the video. DELICIOUS ❤ rich chocolate flavor, slightly firm on the top and although the centre of the brownie looked dense it wasn't heavy to eat. Smooth and not crumbly.😊
