found myself ruminating BIG TIME… now when I get these intrusive thoughts I pick a section or area of my home to clean or organize and I get to it! Works every time and I end up loving that I have decluttered or cleaned a desperately needed area of my home 💟

I started therapy recently after a breast cancer diagnosis. I have a lot more to unpack than cancer, of course, and my therapist recommended you to me. I saw a huge heart in the trees from my window the very next day without actually looking. Of course, I balled my eyes out, realizing I could train my brain to change how I think. Thank you, Mel!

Love it! Do something physical! Get moving even even small ways. Break that cycle of rumination. I’m struggling with this and greatly appreciate the supportive suggestion!

Thank you Mel! I never used to over think till I had a breakdown. I'm trying my hardest not to over think certain things but sometimes it's hard not to. As I am a sensitive person who finds it hard to show their feelings. Even when I cry sometimes as I cry inwardly. Thank you again Mel! Respect Angel! Hugs! 🙏🤗🥰💖💜🐬✨
