CHURROS Ingredients:

1 cup of water
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
160g All Purpose Flour (it's important to have the right amount of flour. If you do not have a weighing scale, it is roughly around 1 and 1/4 cup)
2 pcs. eggs
Cooking oil for frying

1/2 cup of white sugar
1 tsp. of cinnamon powder

Peanut Butter
All Purpose Cream
Splash of Water

Just came back from a trip to Spain and their version is way less sweet. They dont put sugar/cinnamon on it and the chocolate is way less sweeter than ours. Thank you for the recipe!

I made it, but it came out great but I use a mixer. I use the paddle and I add the eggs in slow. It would all come together. Thank you.
