EASY Churros Recipe ! Learn how to make mini churros !

Mini Churros Recipe:

- 250 gr Milk ( 1 cup)
- 125 gr All Purpose Flour ( 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 2 large room temp Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt ( Optional but recommended)
- 1 tsp Vanilla ( Optional but recommended)

- Sugar and Cinnamon to coat the churros

SERVE FRESH & HOT!

I did this for my mom bc she has been really hard this past week so I wanted to surprise her, she was so impressed and said it tasted amazing . She also told me that it reminds her of when her dad used to take her to carnivals and buy her a bag of churros, love you mom 😊

I tried making these with water and they weren’t good and then I tried your recipe with milk and they were so good but they just needed some vanilla but I didn’t have any but thanks for the recipe.
