Ingredients: servings will depend on how big you make them
1 cup water or (1/2 cup milk & 1/2 cup water)
8 tbsp unsalted butter (1 stick)
1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 eggs
1 serving of love💕

- Add butter
- 1 teaspoon of Mexican vanilla blend
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 Cup of water
- 2 Tablespoons of sugar
0:27 Turn stove to Medium heat and let butter melt
0:34 once butter is melted reduce heat to LOWEST setting and add
- 1 quarter teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 Cup and a half of all purpose flour
0:46 Mix together and let cook for a minute while shaping dough
1:02 transfer dough to glass bowl

1:09 heat oil over medium heat
1:11 making cinnamon sugar
- add 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- mix together

1:29 after 10 min dough should be cooled down
- Add 3 eggs one at a time to dough
- mix it should take 30 seconds

1:55 transfer dough to piping bag
2:09 make sure oil is at 350 degrees
2:18 add churros and cut them
2:28 After 4 min of frying they should be done
Let it sit on towel and than add to cinnamon
