My father told me years. He could get rid of this cyst in my wrist. He said just hit with a thick book. My Dr. also told me the same thing. I Slammed my hand on the table & it broke it. Never came back. And another Dr. wanted to operate in it! Thanks but not me.

I used to get one in my wrist when i would get sick or really stressed out. My chiropractor offered to try some laser/red light therapy on it just to see if it would do anything. 10m with the light then It was 90% smaller after an hour and gone the next day. Hasnt returned in 7 years since.
