That actually looked more damaging than cutting it open or poking holes.

Those are supposed to be removed through incision, this just moved it, separating tissues and potentially causing internal bleeding. Don’t do this.

My God. I had three of these on my left wrist. They used to hurt so much and swell. I had surgery 30 years ago to remove them. They never came back. Thank God.

I had one of these from dropping a shampoo bottle on my foot in the shower. It was awful and at age 32 I was limping like I was 132. The doctor shot it up with steroids and it went away.

The fluid has no where to go? Why would you do that? Yuck. Pop it, drain it, flush it, clean it daily. What is the point of pushing it to a different spot in your body? 😣

I had one on my wrist. My husband hit it with the Bible and it went away. We always called them Bible bumps.

У меня была такая шишка на сгибе кисти руки.На руку было трудно опереться.Один знакомый мне просто пальцами то ли раздавил, то ли размял ее довольно жестко.Но с той поры прошло больше тридцати лет и без последствий, слава Богу.

Эта шишка называется гигрома. Её нужно удалять у хирурга вместе с мешочком, чтобы не было рецидива.
