INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups Cooked Long Grain Rice
- 1 whole Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the cooked long grain rice (preferably half a day old rice, for a better texture)
2. Prepare the garlic, I used a grater alternatively just minced or chop it.
3. Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil. Allow to heat up and add the garlic until it turns golden brown.
4. Add the cooked rice, followed by salt, soy sauce and garlic powder.
5. Continue stir-frying the rice for a few minutes, allowing it to absorb the delightful flavors and allowing any excess moisture to evaporate. This step helps achieve a slightly crispy texture.
6. Serve
