I fast for 4-5 days, then eat for 3. eat only eggs hamburger and cheese in a pan. been doing it for 2 months down 40 lbs. walk 10k a day. easiest diet. fasting is easy once you're used to it. was 305 lbs. once I hit my target weight I'll change things up a bit. oh and cherry on top I'm a heavy alcoholic and fasting cured all my cravings of junk food and drinking.

"Treat your body the age you want to be." Hit me straight in the wow, totally makes sense. Don't give in to the, "I don't feel like it, I'm tired, I don't want to" voice and feeling in our head and body. We are not the voice and we are not our body. Let the truth of who we are rule over our mind and body. Eat, drink, breath and move occording to the age you want to be.

I'm inspired to overcome and heal from nearly 6 decades of an unhealthy, toxic lifestyle. I'm tired and sad and in pain all of the time. Left to the timeline I've been on I will not survive another five years tops. I'm not ready to die yet just because I didn't develop my will power to the level that it takes to eat for substance vs pleasure and entertainment, because I couldn't turn off netflix and go for a walk instead. Yesterday was day 200 no alcohol and weed for me after a 26 year love-hate relationship with it. It was also day one of meat only and a two mile walk. One step in front of the other on this journey towards healing.

The changes in my life since my carnivore journey has been pretty good. Lost weight, no need for deodorant, no morning breath, no joint pain from lifting weights, energy through the roof, elimination of my depression, wrinkles reduced, cellulite greatly reduced. Not bad.
And I am a true meat lover.

As a carnivore, my grocery bill is actually way lower and I do my best for buy organbic, pasture raised, grassfed etc. I don't buy any of the expensive organic fruits, chips. "health foods" or keto fake food that have no nurtution anyway. When I see people's carts full of this stuff from the "health food stores" I actually feel bad they are spending so much on foods that won't even nourish them! Thanks for a great video!!!

This dude put it in a way that just made so much sense.
I'm about to turn 60 and things aren't so flash. I have swollen feet and ankles and have to get around on crutches....and yet i have had no physical injury.
I started on carnivore 3 months ago and have dropped 8 KG which is great, I almost immediately got rid of these red splotchy marks that had been appearing all over my body for a couple of years and gradually becoming more and more.
That I am thankful for.
But the swelling in my feet seems to remain the same.
I am not as big as some others on this carnivore journey but I am big enough to cringe when I see my reflection in a shop window.
Maybe I left it all too late, I don't know. But I am having a good old go and will keep having a good old go.
The best thing I found about this carnivore diet is that I have been able to give up potato chips for the first time as far back as I not to want them. It's amazing to not crave the thing that was my most favourite thing to eat for as far back as I can remember.
I still get hungry at times and so I always now keep a stash of small cut pieces of pre-cooked meat in the fridge...because I had found that if I didn't I may attack the families snack foods. Hopefully one day they will become carnivore also.

Super video and super interview. Having worked in the chicken industry I literally would eat carbs before eating any chicken. Now 90% beef with rest made up with pork belly. I so go with everything he says. I see it all around me with people nearly giving up on life and wanting others to care for them. And yes the body does shut down when you stop using it as it should be. I gave up driving a car nearly 7 years ago and I cycle and walk everywhere now both for work shopping and leisure. One of the biggest thing that has me on this lifestyle is that I do not want to be a burden on my two boys when I get older. So I am doing my level best to regrow my telomeres. I am totally shocked by people around me that kind of want an ailment so that you can feel sorry for them. I do not get this way of thinking.

Was on FB a woman was just told this diet will shorten her life. It so sad so many doctors are telling people how dangerous this diet is including mine. I've been keto 40yrs now 68yrs old the only problem I have is high cholesterol and I'm fine with that now 4 weeks ago carnivore 0 carbs. The point is doctors are still scaring people. Sad.

I'm a runner and on Keto for 4 years, now on carnivore since 1st Jan. The "some people don't metabolize fat very well" really resonates with me as Keto for me is not the best diet for endurance sports. I run better on carbs. None the less, I'm more interested in health so I have sacrificed performance for better health and stayed on Keto. Now that I have switched to carnivore, it seems actually pretty good for running... better than Keto. Moving from low carbs to no carbs was as hard as going from normal diet to Keto in case anyone is wondering.! Will need a few more months before I know for sure.

Was vegetarian and vegan for years.. Anxiety, stress, constant dithering and unable to make decisions.. Meat gives me courage I really notice that.. More decisive and feel stronger and more capable to deal with life.. Also sorted my gut out.. Mostly lamb and beef and eggs..

The most sensible interview I have heard! People come in a multitude of varieties and needs. There are universal truths regarding sugar, chemicals and processed foods. Then there are regional diversity that have evolved over many thousands of of years to respond to local conditions. Eat what makes you thrive and get the best version of the foods that love you back.
