This Power Hour destroyed me completely! Love to add these workouts in my week in-between running and cycling workouts.
We are all seeking more of those, especially those where you only need 2-3 sets of dumbbells (hope I'm not the only one with limited weights at home 😅)

This was my first workout in almost a year. I was doing your workouts for two years before that, and then things went sideways. I'm 50 now, and having to make some adjustments to how I'm doing workouts, and when, but I'm using your workouts to create my schedule. It's great to be back!
