My family mental health therapist in Oregon Mary Caldron laugh her heart out when I told her I put you on my boom box speaker and turn the volume up so my neighbors can get therapy listening to my Boom Box Music everyday you know.

Thank you Dan and I’m glad your feeling better. This reminds me of the Simile That the Buddha uses to describe wise effort. He compares it with the tuning of the guitar string. If its to tight it will brake and if it is to lose it cannot produce Beautiful music. To much effort with TMS recovery has the potential to maintain the fear and prolong recovery while to little or no effort can do the same. MAY WE ALL FIND THE RIGHT BALANCE! LETS ALL GET OUR GUITARS TUNED UP NICELY! ☺

I've had a difficult last couple of days... I had an issue with the apartment complex I live in and it triggered my anger and anxiety so much that I almost went to the emergency room.... I really scared myself and I was planning on going on vacation next week but decided it would not be in my best interest to go because I really scared myself with the intense Anger and Anxiety and am afraid of having an episode on the plane.... My Mom and Aunt were trying to push me to change my mind but my Service Coordinator told them that it would not be in my best interest to go on the trip so in a way my Mom and Aunt didn't respect my boundaries... I'm really 😢 about cancelling the trip but my Anger and Anxiety is so easily triggered that things in the airport and or plane could get very bad for me .. I'm getting tired of living like this.. 😭...

If only they can remove the red tape bureaucracy in Mental Health so my family therapist don't quit their jobs as other family therapist think it's okay to keep conform to the dishonesty in their mental organizations it's deceiving to keep pretending your okay when you're not 🙏.
