Disclaimer: This is not a "healthy" or sustainable diet. I have decided to start the new year with a two week mini cut as I had but on some unwanted lbs during the holiday. I was eating junk food and no vegetables so I needed a reset. I wanted to lose some weight and get back on track with my goals and nutrition. Protein, fruits and vegetables are the name of the game to lose weight and be healthier. This is an extremely low calorie diet for extreme weight loss. I am experimenting with this because normally I would take 8-10 weeks rather than 2 weeks to do a cut. This is just one day from the mini cut and I will have a whole mini cut video coming out once I am done with said cut. Don't forget to stay hydrated!

I do 1000 calories and about 140 g of protein every single Friday as a way to make the other six days of the week more enjoyable. I'm loving that I found your video to get some more ideas on things I could eat on such a low calorie diet

I used to eat 1200 kcal for months when I was a big boy, now I can't even imagine eating that little. I respect the dedication and looking forward for a post-cut video!

It's hard to meet protein goals while trying to be in a calorie deficit but this really helped me out!

Hey man! Great content like always! Just please be careful with the low fat content. Even if you could add like a serving of one serving of nuts(almonds), salmon (wild caught lower fat content) or some avacado toast(35 calorie bread of course) to your cut. Just something small so you’re not at risk of a hormonal imbalance.

Thank you for some very good suggestions of low calorie meals. I would like to see 1300-1400 kcal meals, which are much more sustainable. I was wondering why you cut and then bulk? I was watching Greg Doucette’s opinion on this and it makes sense.
