I have been watching her videos since grad school nearly 10 years ago and the calendar blocking really helped me out at that time. Since having a couple of kids and being diagnosed with ADHD I have been really struggling to get “back on track” into using tools that really helped me make the most of my time. I’m so glad she has kids now and her videos can be more relatable to me again. Really liked this episode and feel like she covers everything and provides ideas that actually make me excited to try.

Ha! I woke up this morning and KNEW I was going to watch this episode with Amy bc I saw it last night and I was excited to see it!

It’s kinda funny. 😄 I have written into my morning a 10-15 min scroll time in bed. And I love it. I watch my favorite people that I follow and get more awaken brush my teeth.

My biggest struggle is trying to reset my circadian rhythm. I have wanted to get up at 5 for over a decade and i just cant.
Even when i get to bed on time, my body STILL does not feel well reated and i struggle with getting quality sleep. 😢 I will wake up myltiple times at night or have such active dreams that i wake up feeling like i worked out. This has been a problem since i was a child and im exhausted. Not getting anywhere

My bf falls asleep as soon as he’s in bed. Turns out, that’s how he is! Even his mum talks about it. Just saying that there are people where this happens.
