I have nkt had monkey bread since I was diagnosed with celiac disease 11 years ago. My mom made this a lot during my childhood and I am excited tk make it!!

This is amazing! As usual.
I go to a monthly potluck and I am wondering if I leave it in the frig overnight, then bake it in the morning and leave it in the bunt pan until I get to the potluck, would it still come out of the pan a couple hours later? I know this would be a hit. I just worry it would make a mess in my car if it were not left in the pan.

This looks so good! I have a question for you about the AP flour blend, I hope you'll see this here. I made a cake recipe that calls for regular flour using your AP blend, and the batter turned out very thick and almost dough like. It was a little rough getting it into the cake pan. Is this a normal thing given the flours and starches in the blend? I've only ever used it to make your recipes and never a cake. The cake seems to have turned out ok (it's cooling now) it was just a bear to deal with because you're supposed to swirl cinnamon sugar into it. I think the next time I try it I will add a little more milk! Thanks for any advice you can give me :)

My cakes and muffins are so moist, likeTOO moist you know? I’m not sure why I follow you recipes and they always turn out a little too soft. And yes I’ve tried to bake longer but then they just start ti burn. Any suggestions?

Hi Kim, You mentioned in your cinnamon roll video that your husband isn't gluten free, so do you have a 100% gf kitchen? Also I do not have a dishwasher, is it possible to get gluten off dishes by just hand washing? I don't live in a 100% gf house so I have to hand wash everything together. I was diagnosed with cd last May.
