How to make DAIRY FREE OVERNIGHT OATS || ❌ DAIRY FREE ❌ GLUTEN FREE ❌NUT FREE

Dairy Free Overnight Oats are easy to make. This overnight oats recipe is easy to make and is also allergen friendly by subsitituting a few ingredients, That means your dairy free overnight oats can be made gluten free and nut free. To even make things even sweeter, these dairy free overnight oats are school friendly for kids when changing one ingredient, and provide a healthy fat and protein punch with my "secret ingredient"..... It's actually not a secret ingredient it's Sunflower Seed Butter :)
Here is the recipe for what I call the "Base" of the dairy free overnight oats:
1 cup of sprouted gluten free overnight oats
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of sunflower butter
Fill over oats with macadamian milk (substitute with rice milk for those with nut allergies)
Add ons for dairy free overnight oats base:
Cashew yogurt for probiotic benefits
Any fruit (bananas are my favorite)
Organic Maple Syrup
Chia Seeds
1 Serving of the base mixture of dairy free overnight oats provides:
Fat 23g, Carb 30g, Protien 14g
