every time i try save my edit it says internal verification failure and then it crashes so u know how to fix that?:(

After Effects> An empty project (or new) . > file >import> file ... opens window to import file then crash. I did Everything reseted. Reinstaled AFX nothing helps. If i drag and drop picture or video everything is ok. Any Idea?

So in Ae it shows me that U know that when you want to add effects to the the video you just type and add it so I type it and it doesn’t let me select the preset, effect whatever so you know how to fix that?..
