How to Stop After Effects from Lagging

In this tutorial in After Effects, I will show you 2 different methods for reducing the lagging and choppy editing in After Effects.

If after trying the above method, your Ae skip frames to speed up rendering time, then go to the Preview Panel, frame rate, and change "Skip" to "0".
