Beginner here, are these features specific to Aspire or do I have access to them in Vcarve Pro?

I'm learning more, but I spent 20 minutes trying to find the shortcut to bring up the floating dialogue box, finally saw where you clicked that slide bar. Just takes a few times to catch it all. Thank you. Is there any of way to call it up or bring it up? What is the brand of the Gel Stain you used? Unable to read the brand.
