My resolution for the year is to listen to myself eating what I want without trying to please my family and friends. I already feel à lot better doing that for a few days. Kristina you help me and lots of people.

Just yesterday I found your channel & facebook, I am going to be starting the challenge today!! I have been wanting to do a lifestyle change like this for a long time now, and watching your videos, reading about the meal plans and recipes, I finally have the courage to start now! Unfortunately I don't have a high speed blender, ( i just have a regular cheap on) food processor or juicer.. I'm going to try my hardest to follow along with you as much as I can! I'm 22 yrs old now and ever since I graduated from high school I went on a downward turn with my diet. I gained a bunch of weight! (My profile picture is very old, I forget how to change it). I really want to thank you for putting all these amazing videos up. Seriously you have no idea how much of an influence your having on my life right now to do better! Thank you so much!!!!

The most impactful part of this challenge, the one thing that made the most difference with my digestion, was the lemon water in the morning and drinking a lot more fluids. My only problem was over-exercising when I'm not used to it and the nerves in my body responding with pain and tingling that kept me up some nights. I am becoming aware of my body in so many ways, this was a wonderful experience.
