If you brown the meat first you get a deeper flavor. I never cook my 🌶️ in my soup. It makes it bitter. Always soften in separate water. Plus strain 🌶️ to remove skin

I now make mine the exact same way. Everything in the pot at one time. People don't realize the hominy needs more then 1/2 hour to soften up and absorb all the flavors. Delicious 😋😋😋😋

Muy buena tu receta lo único es que la mezcla del chile la tienes que pasar por un colador para quitar residuos de semillas y cáscara del chile tal vez lo hicisteis pero no salió en el video.
