Do this quick 1 minute calming breathing exercise when you feel stressed, overwhelmed or to help reduce anxiety.
Breathing is a great way to create space within to release physical and mental tension while offering you relief from life's stress and anxiety.
This particular breathing technique is a simple inhale and exhale. Although i have the inhale and exhale timed to a certain pace feel free to inhale and exhale for less time or more time depending on how you feel.
Take a moment every day to mindfully breathe.

At first I wanted talking to let me know when to inhale and exhale but I now have learned to appreciate it. To appreciate the music with the voice… it’s all about trusting myself. This breathe work has been improving my perspective !!!! Much love birdie ☺️☺️☺️
