Just have to testify of the experience you mentioned at the end of this teaching of the Spirit of God praying through your spirit. In May ‘21 at the end of a 4day fast, my flesh and mind were so weak I only could pray in tongues. The river flowed and as it did I had a vision of my dad reconciling with a family member he hadn’t had good relations with in 10 yrs. The next month he died from cardiac arrest! They fought for his life for 45 minutes! I prayed for 30min of that ordeal by the spirit. I couldn’t stop! I claimed the vision I saw a month earlier and that “God you can’t take him now! He needs to reconcile relationships first!” And he miraculously pulled through. All Dr.s and nurses testified of that. He also hugged and reconciled with this family member. Now I’m praying the rest of the new life he’s been given is more powerful and Holy Spirit filled than his first. And believe it will be! 🥰👆🕊️👑🙏🌈🙌

I have a huge testimony of how God delivered me by showing me that I needed to pray more in tongues, because the battle was a hard one. But I am very disturbed by people who teach that if you don't pray in tongues, then you aren't saved, because they think tongues is a sure sign that you have the Holy Spirit and theres no other way to see that you have it other than tongues. So thank you for pointing that out, that salvation experience doesn't always have tongues involved.

I’ve never been baptized in the Holy Spirit because the church doesn’t talk much about it, but if I started speaking a foreign language like French or Spanish or Arabic I would say that is supernatural and of God

Your mind is your spirit. It is the breath of the almighty a gift that gives us understanding. Every man has it. Thats why Jesus says worship in spirit and in truth. Your mind has to come to submission, your spirit and intellect have to worship God. Now many of us our minds/spirits/thoughts have worshipped other pretensions and doctrines so much that they are now captive in different strong holds. Paul says for the weapons of our warfare arent carnal. The continuation of that scripture shows you that your spirit is that which reasons and thinks and understands in you. It is not about ignoring our thoughts but the aim is to bring them to submission to the knowledge of Christ.
