How To Know You Have The Baptism of the Holy Spirit

Lots of Christians are confused about what the evidence is for being baptized in the Holy Spirit. Some say its speaking in tongues, others say its good works, but the truth is that the real evidence that you have been baptized in the Holy Spirit is that you are a bold witness for Jesus Christ. The evidence for the baptism in the Holy Spirit is that you have received power from on high to boldly proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. That's what Jesus told the apostles to wait for and that's exactly what happened with the apostles on the day of Pentecost.

You don’t have to wonder if you have received the baptism, you WILL kNOW, as He came to me supernaturally, on the night of Oct 8, 2020, in my room, as I was praying & crying out to Him, & i had NO idea that this happened as supernaturally as it did! He entered me, starting at my feet, traveling up, with such a force, it was the most powerful and beautiful experience of my life. My body was radiating and He spoke in my spirit, gave me these visions, like a movie and I got up and began worshiping Him. The next day I woke up, I was a COMPLETELY different person!!! I couldn’t even hear a cuss word without wanting to cry, I hated sin, I hated the music and the TV shows I watched, I told my friends and family what happened and everybody thought I went crazy, now I live my WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE for Him, He gave me a boldness and a new tongue, I never had before and I spread the gospel everywhere I go, with the leading of the Holy Spirit, who guides me EVERY moment of my life! I have lost many friends and family, because most of this world do not follow REALLY Christ, they follow religion, and I am called out of this world, and no longer fit in this world AT ALL! If it happens, you won’t need to wonder or inquire any signs that He has come to you, when He comes, you will eat His flesh and drink his blood, and lay your life down before Him, every waking moment, it is a supernatural change ONLY He can do! ✨✨✨

i don't speak in tongues but I got power by the holy Spirit to preach the gospel but some people say to be baptized in the spirit one has to speak in tongues. thank you so much.

Let’s not skip over the word power like we aren’t talking about Gods testimony with signs and miracles! (Hebrews 2:4) Every matter must be established by 2 or three witnesses (deut 19:15) therefore we need the Holy Spirit to testify with us in order to spread the gospel and our testimony to be valid by Gods own law. I could be bold and die for any reason I feel is right, it doesn’t prove I am right by my willingness to die.

Amen!!!! Many have made false proclamations about what the baptism of the Holy Spirit is… even placing ALL the emphasis upon the Spirit and gifts of the Spirit.

However, Jesus said this:
“But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, 👉he shall testify of me:👈 and ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.”

The Holy Spirit testifies (or bears witness) of Jesus, not of himself.

As you stated well, when we are filled with the Holy Spirit we will boldly proclaim his gospel, this IS the purpose of this baptism.

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

I experienced the Holy Spirit pulling me above my vessel and I experienced in that moment gods power and love I seen what our true forms are and seen the Holy Spirit behind me holding me up out of this vessel and then placed me back into my mind and now I can tell the difference between my true self and the sinful flesh mind and since that day I have been something beyond human and feel gods hand on me daily and i commune with god daily and he guides me.
