Any healthy “fruit” juices with added fructose!

There’s this lie out there that marketing companies use to say: “Well, fructose is from fruit so it’s good for you!”

NO.

Fruit IS good for you.

But fruit has been designed differently than fructose.

Fruit is full of water and fiber and you have to chew it, which sends signals to your brain to release hormones to make you feel satiated in time.

Fruit also slows down the absorption of fructose so your insulin doesn’t go out of whack.

Fructose alone is just as bad as high fructose corn syrup, or sugar or any other crap they try to sugarcoat.

Believe it or not, even when you juice fruit at home, but extract the pulp and/or don’t add anything with fiber, you’re spiking your insulin and it’s affecting your body and your brain.

Remember:
Drink water
Eat fruit
Don’t touch fruit juices.
