Get your heart pumping with this efficient 5 minute cardio HIIT workout! No equipment needed, and no repeated exercises for maximum variety and effectiveness.

We, The Fitologists have made our own routine targeting the whole body and yes no equipment is needed. The HIIT principle we have used in this routine is: 30 Seconds full intensity workout and 10 seconds of rest on every exercise. In those 30 Seconds we expect your full power and focus doing the mentioned exercise.
