what has helped me recently was switching my training style as soon as my progress got stagnant, 3 weeks of no progress to 2 extra reps after the first week of a different regime

It took me less than 3 months to get a 100kg bench (i started from 50), just bench more instead of doing machine stuff or whatever.

Machine exercises are also easier than doing barbell bench press

Go on good bulk and you could probably do it within 6 months with some solid dumbbell work.
