I don't think any appreciable fraction of the Helldivers 2 player base or even generally gamer observers actually truly believe that this is more than just a delaying tactic and the fools at the top of Sony won't just try to sneak it back in again once they think the current outrage has faded.

But I also don't think that people will ever forgive Sony execs for trying this stunt, and it will have some long term consequences. I also don't think that the fools in expensive suits actually truly understand how badly they fucked this up from start to finish, or that they have even the vaguest idea of how long those consequences will be. I also flatly do not believe that similar fools in similar suits at other massive corporations will actually learn anything from this either. They haven't before, after all.

I bought the game like 3 days ago and then this whole thing came out, I was genuinely scared about the situation and even I linked my PSN account, I really hope they let us unlink it now, great video man!

I mean it's annoying but what's the big deal? 🤷 its another account which took 2 mins idk I feel it's a bit of an overreaction tbh. Especially leaving bad reviews for a good game I feel that's disgusting and a huge loss for our community not a win. Yea we made change but don't act like a child to get there
