Maintaining LOWER BODY STRENGTH is a common symptom for those diagnosed with MS / Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions especially if you sit a lot. This exercise will help strengthen both your hip stabilizers and glute medius which will allow you to stand better and prevent that feeling of falling to the inside when you walk.

Whether you just received a multiple sclerosis diagnosis or have been previously diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, on a multiple sclerosis drug treatment plan, treating multiple sclerosis through HSCT or through diet changes exercise is extremely important and should also be in your toolbox for dealing with your multiple sclerosis diagnosis.

What if you have a band that is already in a circle? How do you use that? I just have it wrapped around my legs. Is that okay?

Won’t this just make me get stronger to do this movement in this plane? This seems like open chain and no recruitment Harder to root the feet when not weight bearing
