I remember when I was a kid, my dad took a corkscrew to that part of a coconut with the shell still intact and we would pour the milk out. Those “eyes” are soft spots!!! Love this video. Brought back memories and I am married to a Viet person and took Fier Jahre auf Deutch!

I’ve had coconuts with the brown outside still on it and you can probably put a straw like that through it. It’s really soft three little holes. We always used to use something to put holes in it then drain the liquid then use hammer to smash it to get the meat.
