Thank you squat university for helping me get rid of my shoulder pain. I had shoulder pain for over a year while benching and it’s gone. The band stretches and the dumbbell warm up pretty much cured it. I want to thank you for giving this education away for free on YouTube . I can get back to lifting heavy!

I'm really interested to know where is the disconnect between the treatments all these other providers are recommending and the ones you are recommending. Why are so many patients being treated with these more invasive modalities like injections and surgery when core root of the problem actually lies within addressing mobility/stability? Why do so many providers miss the mark so drastically?

This guy fixes every problem with a band. I almost feel like it’s a gimmick. Luckily, I’m not having pain with my lifts yet, but when I do I’ll try it, and if it works, I’ll be a convert.

This makes NO sense. If she has tendinopathy there's no way she can remove pain by doing a few exercises prior. Getting over this takes MONTHS of rehabilitation.

I used this exact method as listed in a previous post by you. It took a while, because I had ignored it for so long but my elbow pain is about %97 gone. I followed the shoulder pain alleviating prehab and it worked wonders as well.
You are the Jesus of athletics. Thank you so much for sharing.
