Cilantro Lime Rice:
2 CUPS Jasmine Rice
1 Lime (juiced)
3 CUPS Water
1 Bay Leaf
2 TSP Salt
freshly chopped Cilantro
2 Tsp Olive Oil

Dry Rub:
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Black beans:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

I tried this recipe for dinner and it was amazing. Kids love it too. I added cheese, sour cream, lettuce and avocado.

Pro tip: if you use dried black beans and soak them in chicken stock overnight, the flavor is off the charts! 👍🏾
