I love this video, it really helped me! I think what mostly confused me was the parenthesis but now I understand everything, thanks!

what about problems with 3 variables for example

36(2x-1)=9(x+3)3x OR 24(2x-1)=8(x+2)+2x?

I did one on my own but i ended up with 9(x + -2) +2 = 4 (x - 3) -8
9x+ 18 + 2   = 4x  -16  -8
9x -4 = 5x
4x -4 =0
18 + 2 = 20
-16 -8 = +24

5x + 18 =  24
+18 - 24 = -6
+24 - 24 = 0

5x/5 = x

5/6 = 0.8r3x
Is it wrong or right? Please let me know, i want to get good at this the only thing i'm bad with is algebra, once i get good with this i could get my GPA back to 4.00.

This helped me a lot but I'm still confused about 11÷5, I've got 2.2 instead of 2.5
