Yes, for sure I would like to see a comparison of coffee and tea, especially green tea. And thanks much for the very helpful and informative video.

I would love a video comparison of coffee and green tea. I would especially like to hear if there is any good evidence regarding the effect of morning coffee on cortisol. There are so many influencers claiming coffee in the morning is bad for women/hormones. Thank you, Miche!

I love that matcha. My son with ADHD, wanted to stop taking Rxs and we use it, along with a morning workout and it’s been beneficial

Great video Miche. Love the no nonsense, scientific approach.

The problem I have wifh a lot of these studies is that you’ll find the people who drink green tea tend to also have a somewhat healthy diet by eating a lot more plants. And I am saying that even as someone who sells tea.

Yes love this! I might start incorporating more green tea or matcha in my diet.

Dr. Miche, a video about eggs and salt would be interesting. Whether they should be included in the diet or, on the contrary, they should be eliminated. There is a lot of confusion about this.

@MichePhD is there any chance you could upload your episodes to Spotify? I would love to have these as a podcast to download and listen to offline!

So glad I discovered your channel. Appreciate this. I’ve paid pretty close attention to nutrition topics for years but this cuts through the fluff. Michael greger can keep you on so long I don’t even watch anymore, just scan the transcript!

Everyone has biases (conscious and unconscious), but you declare your preferences. That is effective research technique.

After watching your video for many years, I like many of your opinions. Green tea and black tea are traditional Chinese teas. I didn't expect so many benefits😄

Love your videos! I really like that your research is not bias simply due to personal gain. I enjoy both green tea and black but would like to ask a question pertaining to neither. Have you been involved in any research for stem cell for arthritis ? If so I would love seeing a video. I have considered having this procedure in order to avoid a knee replacement but I'm seriously concerned as to whether stem cell treatment actually works or rather another exploitation of people in severe pain. With most research I have to question if the outcome is real or not simply because there are so many willing to "stretch the truth" for profit. I would love to hear from you on this topic!❤
